Group Meetings

The first week of the course, you were introduced to the “Anger Log”. This journaling method is at the very foundation of every course we offer. The purpose of our meetings will be centered around using the anger log as a tool to retrain your brain to look at things through a different lens. For this reason, it is imperative that you keep up with your journaling each week. As people in the group share, you will have the opportunity to look at your own Anger Log and follow along with your own experiences.
After reserving your seat for the meeting you will be emailed a link to the meeting room. The meeting “waiting room” will open 15 minutes prior to the meeting. At the time of the meeting you will begin seeing other people on your screen. Until all participants have joined the room all audio will be muted. This allows for less confusion.
Once the facilitator has taken role and begins the meeting, late arrivals will then be locked out of the session and be required to pay $30 before they can book their next reservation. It is critical that when you make a reservation, you show up for that reservation.
