8 Week Anger Management Course
The 8 Week Anger Management Course is a great fit for court ordered education training, corporate continued education, health and wellness, self-enrichment or self-improvement. The requirements of this course include completing the curriculum and participating in bi-weekly meetings with a Certified Anger Management Specialist.

26 Week Anger Management Course
The 26 and 52 Week Anger Management Courses were created with the courts in mind. These courses are central to the ideas founded in cognitive theory and an attempt at explaining human behavior by first understanding our thought processes. The focal point in cognitive theory is that how and what people think lead them to feel the way they feel. Our primary objective is to identify these dysfunctional thoughts and transform them into more constructive ones. The 26 and 52 Week Anger Management Courses involve a more intense examination and reflection of our thought processes. The requirements of both of these programs include alternating each week between the online curriculum and the group meetings which are held on the Zoom Platform. Our group meetings are facilitated by a Certified Anger Management Specialist trained by the National Anger Management Association (N.A.M.A.) and our required online curriculum was created by aligning our program with the core principles taught in N.A.M.A.'s certification training process.
We realize that, often times, offenders experience "the domino effect" of financial burdens when they choose alternative sentencing. The cost of attorney fees, court costs, probation, drug court etc. can add up quickly. All of our courses can be purchased by paying a one-time fee for the cost of the program or by purchasing a weekly subscription for the duration of the program for just $30.00 a week. In many cases, a subscription is less stressful and allows the student to focus his/her attentions on working the anger management program.
