Meetings with our CAMS Specialist are required for those taking the course to earn a “certificate of completion”.  The student or learner will be offered a choice of dates and times to meet with their specialist.  Once a student has chosen a time slot to meet with their specialist they are expected to be online and logged into zoom at the designated time slot that they have chosen.  For students taking the course to earn a “certificate of completion”, meetings with an anger management specialist are a required part of the course.  If a meeting (a time slot picked by the student or learner) is missed, there will be a $30.00 fee that must be paid before the scheduling of the next meeting.

This provision does not apply to Content that constitutes lawful non-deceptive parody of public figures.

In its sole discretion, theangermanagementeducationalresource.com aka TAMER.world may elect to issue a warning before assessing damages.

If you are a Posting Agent that uses the Service in violation of the Terms, in addition to any liquidated damages, you agree to pay theangermanagementeducationalresource.com aka TAMER.world one hundred dollars ($100) for each and every Item you post in violation of the Terms. A Posting Agent will also be deemed an agent of the party engaging the Posting Agent to access the Service (the “Principal”), and the Principal (by engaging the Posting Agent in violation of the Terms) agrees to pay theangermanagementeducationalresource.com aka TAMER.world an additional one hundred dollars ($100) for each Item posted by the Posting Agent on behalf of the Principal in violation of the Terms.
